Immigration Resources for "Mojada: A Medea in Los Angeles"

There is currently an expansion of the arrest and detention of non-criminal undocumented immigrants in this country. Over 49,000 Oregonian children are at risk of having at least one parent deported.

Legal representation is not provided in immigration court like it is in criminal court. Detained immigrants with legal counsel are five times more likely to win their case and not be separated from their family.
