This post-show discussion will be a 1-hour event and will take place directly after the evening performance of tick, tick … BOOM!
All people who self identify as BIPOC, and their guests, are specifically invited to attend. Though no one will be turned away, it is encouraged that folks outside of the BIPOC community join us on another night!

LaRhonda Steele, a Blues and gospel singer and songwriter, is recognized as one of the region's best rhythm and blues vocalists. She has been dubbed "The First Lady of Portland Blues” — a title of leadership that she lives up to as she shares songs that carry forth directly from her soul and spiritual life-force.
She currently fronts the LaRhonda Steele band, and she's the music director of the non-profit Portland Interfaith Gospel Choir and the Portland Center for Spiritual Living.
Lauren "Lo" Steele is a singer, songwriter, and award-winning actor from Portland, Oregon. You may have recently seen her performing original music in The Mayday Lovestream’s one-year anniversary show, or for Clackamas Repertory Theatre’s solo-show Queen’s Girl in the World, for which she won a Drammy Award. Check out her most recent single “Nighttime Friends” available on all platforms.
Kamilah is a playwright, dramaturg, and educator originally from North Carolina. She holds a B.F.A. in theater education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was an NC teaching fellow. Kamilah has spent several seasons at celebrated regional theaters across the country, including Triad Stage in Greensboro, NC, Asolo Repertory Theater in Sarasota, FL, and Two River Theater in Red Bank, NJ. Her play Nick & The Prizefighter was a semifinalist in the 2021 Bay Area Playwright’s Festival and won the 2021 Urbanite Theater Modern Works Festival.
