We are happy to hold your tickets at will call for you, and we will help distribute them when you arrive at the theater.
We realize it is hard to estimate an exact number of students that will attend, however, we often turn groups away due to "sold out" performances that end up having many empty seats. Please let us know as soon as possible about any tickets you may not need by emailing education@pcs.org. This allows us to offer empty seats to our wait list and increase the number of students and groups that can attend.
We recommend a 10:1 ratio of students to chaperones, but we understand that every group has different needs. Let us know if we can assist in your planning.
We recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. Our student matinees begin at 11 a.m. and we suggest building a little extra travel time in case of unexpected traffic or bridge closures.
Yes, but space may be limited or unavailable. Please request lunch tables on your ticket request form, or contact us at education@pcs.org in advance, so we can reserve a location and set up lunch tables for your group. There are several establishments to buy lunch from near The Armory, but we recommend requesting sack lunches by filling out this form and giving it to your school cafeteria at least 10 days prior to your visit. More information on nutrition services is available here.

When we gather together at the theater, the room belongs to all of us. We want every person who attends a performance — audiences, volunteers, staff, and artists — to be able to show up and feel fully seen and valued.
