Emmanuel Davis
Emmanuel is radically joyful to be making his Portland Center Stage debut in the revolt that is HAIR. Emmanuel has been in musical theater for ten years playing roles such as Leading Player in Pippin and Booker T. Washington in Ragtime as well as roles in several short films. Also known as Napp Jones, Emmanuel is a neo-soul singer and songwriter with a full catalogue on Spotify and collaborations with world renowned rappers. Fresh from Georgia with his partner Kimberly, Emmanuel is finding his place in Portland and this dynamic community. He wants to extend profound gratitude to the creative team, cast and crew and everyone behind the scenes who’ve helped bring this production to life. Finally, he wants to extend heartfelt appreciation for the audience: who we do this for.
